General terms and conditions and business rules of the Királyi Marzipan online store operated by NM Show Kft

2. Scope and subject of these Terms and Conditions

2.1 The scope of these Terms and Conditions covers the business relationship established between the parties for the preparation of a confectionery product, the sale and purchase of other additional products, and the legal relationship for the carriage of goods in the case of home delivery. The parties may deviate from the provisions of these Terms and Conditions in writing by mutual consent, in which case the relevant provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall be replaced by a separate agreement of the parties.

2.2 The Customer and the Seller agree that the online store operated by the Seller will prepare the type and quantity of confectionery products ordered by the Customer by the deadline specified by the Customer on the Website. The Seller also offers the Customer other accessories for purchase in the Web Store.

3. Presentation and ordering of products available for purchase

3.1 The Seller provides the Customer with an online ordering interface in the Web Store, on which the Seller offers the products for ordering to website visitors.

3.2 Payment methods
• Advance transfer to the specified bank account number;
• For electronic payment transactions by bank card (Mastercard, Maestro, VISA, American Express) or e-wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link). Bank card data will not reach the online store and its operator.
• Cash on delivery (in case of delivery within Hungary)

3.3 By sending the order, the Customer entrusts the Seller with the fulfillment of the order.

3.4 If the product the Customer wishes to purchase can be obtained or made from the Seller's own inventory or other sources, the order will be fulfilled by the Seller. If the Seller is unable to fulfill the order, the Customer will be notified by electronic mail. If the Seller is unable to obtain the product that the Customer wishes to purchase either from its own inventory or from other sources, the Seller shall not be held liable in this regard.

3.5 The Customer can find out the characteristics of the products purchased in the online store in detail from the data and photo indicated next to the given Product.

3.6. During the online order, you can only choose from the currently displayed products, the Seller cannot fulfill other extra/unique requests (e.g.: unique decoration, shape, taste, extra accessories, desserts that are not currently included in the selection of the online store). The Seller is unable to accept complaints regarding these.

3.7. In the "Notes" section of the online order, the Seller cannot accept individual or additional requests, therefore the Seller is not responsible for their failure.

4. Creation of the contract
The contract between the Seller and the Customer is created by pressing the button "ADD TO CART" and then "ORDER" in the Webshop. The Seller sends a confirmation of the order and the resulting contract to the Customer via electronic mail.


5. Price offer and service fee
5.1 In addition to the detailed description and photo of each Product, the purchase price of the Products can be found on the Website. The purchase price indicated on the detailed description page includes the amount of general sales tax at the rate specified in the law.

5.2 In the case of ordering home delivery or collection at a parcel point, the Seller adds the cost of the delivery service indicated on the Website to the purchase price of the ordered product(s).

    • The shipment usually arrives to you within 1-3 working days after the package has been prepared
    • The shipping company sends a notification by e-mail about the expected delivery. The Seller is not responsible for the performance of the delivery company.
    • If the delivery fails for some reason, the courier will try to deliver the package again on the next working day.

GLS Parcel Point - personal collection (2,750 HUF + 540 HUF cash on delivery)

This delivery method is temporarily unavailable.
• The shipment can be selected for any collection point of the Parcel Sender
• The list of current collection points can be viewed in step 3 of the basket
• The shipment is usually delivered to the selected pick-up point within 1-3 working days after the preparation of the package
• You can receive the shipment in the time interval according to the supplier's information. The Seller is not responsible for the performance of the delivery company.

MPL home delivery - HUF 2450 (+ HUF 540 cash on delivery - payment only in cash or by bank card at the courier)

Personal collection - free of charge

In the case of personal collection, the Customer can collect the product at the following address after payment in advance:
- 1051 Budapest, Bogáncs utca 1-3. (in the sandwich shop next to the Arriva bus site)
- Pickup is only possible on working days, between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.!
- It is not possible to pay on the spot!
In all cases, we will send you an informational email about the possibility of taking over. Immediate on-site purchase is not possible.
If the Customer does not request an extension, the order will be kept for 7 days.

6. Withdrawal from the assignment

6.1 After the order has been sent or the contract between the parties has been concluded, the Customer may not request changes to the order. After the order has been sent, the Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract in relation to confectionery products according to § 5 c) of the Government Decree.


6.2 In relation to other - non-perishable - accessories, the Customer is entitled to the right of withdrawal without giving a reason based on Section 4 (1) of the Government Decree. In this case, the Customer is obliged to notify the Seller of the cancellation immediately.


6.3 The Customer may exercise the right to cancel the order only - at least 24 hours - before the delivery of the Product(s).

7. Fulfillment of the order and payment
7.1 The Customer collects the ordered Product at the pick-up point selected in the Seller's Web Store or at the address specified for home delivery, and pays for it by advance transfer, online payment or cash on delivery.


7.2. If the online payment or advance payment fails while placing the order, the Seller will automatically cancel the order.


7.3. If the Customer cannot pay in cash or by bank card at the pick-up point or the package point, the Seller will cancel the order, and another delivery is possible. In the case of personal collection at our store, payment is always made in advance.


7.4 The total amount to be paid based on the order includes all costs based on the summary of the order and the confirmation email. The Customer receives the invoice electronically even in the case of personal collection.

7.5 The Customer is obliged to inspect the Product(s) upon delivery in the presence of the courier and to report any damage detected on the Product(s). The Seller is not liable for damage resulting from failure to comply with this obligation.


7.6 If the courier encounters an obstacle during home delivery (for example, there is no doorbell, the doorbell does not have the previously specified name, the Customer is not at home, etc.), our employee will try to reach the Customer by phone at the phone number provided in advance. If the order is not received by the specified deadline, the value of the order cannot be refunded by the Seller.


7.7 If the Customer does not order for his own part, but as a gift, the Customer is obliged to make sure that the recipient of the gift is at the selected address during the delivery time and receives the order. If the Seller encounters an obstacle during home delivery, the provisions of point 7.6 shall apply.

8. Quality complaint and warranty
8.1 The Seller guarantees the quality of the Products it sells.


8.2 If the quality complaint against the Product refers to a visible feature of the Product (e.g.: external damage), the Customer must communicate the complaint to the Seller at the same time as receiving the Product. If the quality complaint against the Product refers to a property of the Product that is not visible to the eye, the Customer may notify the Seller of the quality complaint until the end of the shelf life for the given Product, but no later than 72 hours from the date of receipt of the Product.


8.3 If the ordered Product is faulty or damaged during delivery, the Seller will replace it free of charge.


8.4 If the Seller is unable to replace the defective Product with an identical Product, depending on the Customer's choice, the Seller may replace the ordered Product with another Product, compensate the Customer subsequently or refund the purchase price to the Customer.


8.5 The confectionery product may have small differences in terms of size, design and decoration from the characteristics indicated on the Website or from the color photo (e.g. color, decorative elements, shape), for which the Seller is not responsible.


8.6 The Seller expressly informs the Customer that foods made from fruit and nuts may contain traces of seeds and shells. The Seller is not responsible for any resulting damages.


8.7 The Seller also informs the Customer that the confectionery products contain gluten, soy, milk and sugar!

9. Liability for damages

9.1 The Seller excludes its liability for damage resulting from the delayed preparation and delivery of the Product. The disclaimer according to this point does not apply to the Civil Code. In accordance with Section 314, Paragraph (1), in relation to damages caused intentionally, by gross negligence or by a crime, as well as by breach of contract that damages life, bodily integrity, or health.

10. Data protection
10.1 The Seller is obliged to treat the data it receives confidentially regarding the Customer, it can only use the data for the fulfillment of orders and for invoicing, it will not forward the data in any form for marketing and advertising purposes, with the exception of official inquiries.

10.2 If the Customer subscribes to the newsletter, the Seller may use the Customer's data for marketing purposes.

11. Shelf life of confectionery products
11.1 Proper cooling and storage of the confectionery product after receipt is the responsibility of the Customer.


11.2 With refrigerated or room temperature storage (+4°C or +23°C), confectionery products can be safely stored for at least 30 days after receipt, they do not contain added preservatives (this information may differ depending on the type of confectionery product, you can find it in the detailed description of the Product the relevant shelf life).

12. Final Provisions

12.1 In the matters not regulated in these Business Regulations, the Civil Code, the Government Decree and CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commercial services and services related to the information society. the provisions of the law are governing.


12.2 By browsing the Website and placing an order, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions, as well as its data management principles.
